As Amalgamated Life Insurance Company grew, their printing and copying needs increased. With ever rising printing costs the need to perform certain print functions in-house became apparent. Recognizing that need, John Dubil began AliGraphics in 1992 to service the print needs of Amalgamated Life. Initially, their equipment included two small presses, a camera and a plate maker. By maintaining low overhead operating costs and producing a high-quality product, AliGraphics is able to perform work for affiliated clients and vendors and now has grown to be a print company that can meet all printing, graphic and fulfillment needs. AliGraphics now houses state-of-the-art equipment and a full staff with print and mail expertise. AliGraphics services the needs of Amalgamated Life and its four affiliates, as well as union and non-union customers.
